Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and printed within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase. This processing time is for printing and quality checks, and does not include shipping time.
- Business Hours: Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST), excluding holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. After your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer various shipping options based on your needs. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is typically 2-3 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and your location. We recommend placing orders with sufficient time to ensure delivery before any deadlines.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (within the continental U.S.)
- Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. For orders below $100, shipping fees will be calculated based on your shipping address.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply when the package arrives in your country.
- Shipping Times: International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.
- If you experience any issues with tracking or if you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at hello@havilahprintingco.com.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local postal carrier or delivery service. If your package is still missing, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and products and contact us immediately at hello@havilahprintingco.com so we can resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
